How to Watch TV Everywhere + a Delicious Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ever have one of those days when all you want to do is eat some delicious snack food, lounge in bed, and binge watch your favorite show?

Well, I felt exactly like that this weekend and while I could've added a TV to our bedroom on Black Friday, I'm not really the type to go all "This is Sparta!" for electronics at big box stores to save a few bucks... and well, it's not really a necessity anymore with NBC TVEverywhere.

What's NBC TVEverywhere? It's tv-on-the-go for those of us who are too busy to catch our favorite shows on cable. From shows like The Voice to Heroes Reborn, I was able to get my fix on all my favorites from the comfort of my bed with a plate of delicious bacon stuffed mushrooms and a pint of ice cream to snack on... I think this is how "adulting" works, right?

Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

1/2 lb baby Portabella, stems removed and cleaned
1 8oz package neufchatel cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 package of bacon

Green Onion
a dash of oregano, garlic powder, and basil
toothpicks

The prep for this recipe is SO easy. You'll begin by preheating the oven to 375 degrees. Then you'll heat the neufchatel until it's soft enough to stir, for me that takes about 20-30 seconds.

After that's completed, you'll mix in the spices, mozzarella cheese, and garlic. Once it's thoroughly combined, you'll want to place a heaping teaspoon of the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap.

Next you'll want to wrap about a half of piece of bacon around each mushroom cap, depending on the size and secure the bacon with a toothpick down the center. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese looks slightly browned and the bacon looks delicious!

Upgrade Your Coffee Addiction with a Keurig 2.0 Brewer!

It's like this, I'm an addict.

I'm honestly, 100% addicted to my new Keurig brewer.

It's been a life changer around our house since the day it arrived! I just walk in the kitchen and press a button, a few minutes later, happiness in liquid form is ready to drink. It's absolutely heavenly not to have to scramble with all kinds of filters and junk, I literally can still be asleep and brew a couple of shots of espresso... that means I function on a much happier, more productive level every single day.

I guess I've kind of kept this fact hidden until now, but in my house we are coffee enthusiast and love our espresso. We are the type that have a couple of cups a day and I'm so happy that having my Keurig makes this a much quicker and more enjoyable process.

We love coffee so much we officially have a coffee shop style kitchen, with all kinds of coffee inspired art and little coffee mugs decorating our walls. So adding a Keurig and a legit coffee bar to our set up was a MUST!

I'm just loving the way it all turned out! Our little kitchen and the beautiful white color of the Keurig 2.0 K200 is amazing, although adding a little pop of color with the violet or turquoise models would be brilliant. Which color do you like best?

I love that the Keurig lets me enjoy a cup of creamy Donut Shop coffee while hubby sips on a couple of shots of espresso, we get to have our coffee, our way... and it's so easy to make! Soon we'll be investing in the carafe though, so we can make big ol' batches of our own coffee! That's another reason I love the Keurig, I can vary the size of the cup I brew as well as the strength and it automatically reads the label when I stick a K-cup in to make sure it brews the perfect cup, each & every time I make a cup of joe!
