Elevate Your Winter Style with No Nonsense

No Nonsense tights have always been a brand I trust, with such a versatile line of products that keep me feeling fancy even in the most futile of weather situations. I love being able to grab a pair of tights and still rock my favorite dress during the winter months!

So when I saw their winter collection, I knew I had to invest in some new pairs of comfortable and cute leggings, boot socks, and tights! Please forgive the mirror pictures, but I'm so excited to share my winterized looks with you, I had to take some selfies... I'm sure most fashionistas out there can relate!

With pairs of leggings in black with a leather stripe down the side and cheetah print, I'm obviously super excited to rock out both looks. The comfort level of these leggings is a bit dreamy and the look is so chic! Paired with a tunic top, both pairs of leggings are something I see myself rocking out all winter long!

Next on the list of fun fashion apparel, I must add these super cool tights. With a fun little print and the perfect little lace dress, this outfit turned out royally. I love how easy it is to bring all of my favorite dresses out from the summer months with a cute pair of tights and a warm jacket! Do you have a dress you miss wearing from this summer? Another reason I love No Nonsense is their socks! With bold patterns and chunky knits, I'm a huge fan of the comfort these socks offered - especially when styled with a nice pair of boots & some comfy jeans or a cute little skirt and flats!

It's always fun to winterize my wardrobe, but this year No Nonsense made it easy!

Sharing My Thoughts on My Most Recent Fix: Stitch Fix #4

It's fix number four and I'm still just as in love with Stitch Fix as I was the first time we met. I mean what's not to love about a service that provides you with a stylist that personalizes a "fix" just for you!

With so many different items arriving each month, my wardrobe is becoming so diverse and I'm SO excited to see what arrives in my next fix. This month I asked for feminine items and my stylist definitely delivered! With a girly pink dress, the most adorable pair of pink corduroys, and a stunning lace top - I was head-over-heels with my fix this month.

Let's start off my fix with this fancy little number! This gorgeous little pink and black polka dotted frock is literally femininity in dress form - so my stylist was right on the money to include it in my fix. While I fell in love the second I saw it, you may be able to tell that it's a bit snug on me. It fits, but it isn't perfect so back it went and maybe I'll get an even more adorable pink dress soon!

The next item I pulled out of the box was this funky little teal number. While I love the odd neckline, this shirt wasn't made for me. It's a bit too much for me, but I can see why my stylist chose to include it and I really do like the design of it. Honestly, if the material wasn't so clingy - I may have kept this top but yet again, it isn't perfect so I sent it back!

On to the next item, the bracelet. While I like it, I don't imagine I'll often be buying my jewelry from Stitch Fix - I somewhat like their jewelry but I love the clothing more and find the clothing to be more reasonably priced as well. With that said, the bracelet was really cute but again, not for me!

Item number four in my box was this sexy little black lace number. I like how modest, yet seductive this top is and the lace detailing is incredible! I was on the fence about this top but it's price tag being kind of steep was my ultimate decision to send it back... while I don't mind spending $50+ on the right top, this one is a bit too loose fitting for me to justify spending the big bucks on it.

Last but not least, the pink corduroys. These were actually the one item in the fix I questioned, but yet again my stylist didn't disappoint and knew exactly what she was doing... These pants are the perfect fit and since they were exclusively made for Stitch Fix, I couldn't risk sending them back and losing out on an epic pair of pink pants! I love the feminine color and can't wait to rock them all year long!

I'm sure you can see why I love Stitch fix so much now... but I have to remind you that we're now able to use the Stitch Fix app, which makes me that much more smitten with the service! Portland Chic with Voodoo Doughnuts

When you're browsing through a thrift store in St. Petersburg, Florida and you find a baseball tee from a famous Doughnut shop in Portland, Oregon, you buy the shirt and then you start trying to plan a visit to get a doughnut from that shop.

If you can't guess, I recently found this amazing pink and black shirt from Voodoo Doughnuts in Portland, Oregon at my local thrift store and it is amaze-balls. It reads "Good things come in pink boxes" on the front and "The magic is in the hole" with the Voodoo Doughnuts logo on the back... while the sayings may be a little bit funny (or questionable), I love this outfit!  I think paired with my lace shorts, black heels, some sassy kitten sunglasses, and one of my favorite necklaces, I totally can pull this look off.

I can't wait to show this look off while running errands, spending time with family, or maybe even a dinner date with the hubs! It's also the perfect look to rock on Thanksgiving so you better believe this is what I'll be wearing!

Get Fixated on Stitch Fix This Fall!

It's my favorite time of the month, my Stitch Fix arrived and I'm TOTALLY digging the items they sent over! With so many pretty pieces to add to my wardrobe, I was trying to convince hubby that the discount for buying all 5 items is worth it... and once he saw the items on, I think he actually might agree, maybe a little bit... So this fix was a total win in my book and I need your help deciding which pieces to keep... I think maybe all five, but then again maybe not... what do you think?

Let's start with this gorgeous grey sweater with a beautiful lace detail, it's pretty much the definition of a pinterest-loving girl's dream addition to her closet. I may or may not have squealed a little with delight whenever I opened the box and saw this beauty. It's just loose enough to be comfortable for any day wear and the beautiful lace/ crochet back is just darling. Since it's still kind of warm here in Florida, I paired this little piece of lovely with a pair of jean shorts and a canary yellow pair of flats - completing the perfect "Autumn" look for a beachy gal. I think it's obvious by my endearing description that I will probably keep this sweater, but what do you think?

Moving on to the next item, I thought I was sending this cute little number back at first, but now I'm wavering. I thought the skirt was too fitted when I first saw it in a mirror... but then I saw the photos and I actually kind of like the fit. The material is so soft and the band sits perfectly on my waist, giving my shape a bit of curve... The grey tones in this and my grey little vest are the perfect pair, especially with my black high heels! I can totally see me rocking this look for a night out with the girls, but what do you think... is the skirt a keeper or no?

My last 3 items I would like to share as just one single outfit, they all matched and looked cute together so it just made sense! A gorgeous pair of Just Black burgundy jeans made exclusively for Stitch Fix and an amazingly cute open back black top, with an adorable, unique necklace... I felt like a rock star when I put this outfit on.

The shirt is the coolest ever, but it's a bit unflattering for my specific shape; the thing is, I still love it. I want to keep it. The swoop of the slightly open back, the loose fit, the super soft material - it's such a dreamy piece of fashion. I'm wavering between thinking I love it and thinking it doesn't look that great on me... All I know is that it's just so cute, it's hard to let go. What do you think, should I hold on to the black shirt or nah?

This fall, I'll be the first to admit that I'm a big fan of the burgundy pants! This pair is probably the best shade and fit I've ever seen though! They are so comfortable it's like they were made specifically for me and the zipper detail on the leg is the perfect little edgy pop. Paired with a black shirt and a black pair of heels, this is a look I can rock all year long! What do you think of the pants - yay or nay?

Lastly, the necklace that came in my fix is a unique, creative long chain necklace. It's the perfect amount of edgy and cute. While the necklace is super trendy, it's not exactly "me" either, so I think this will probably go back unless I decide to keep everything else in the box...

Now that I've shared what came in my fix, maybe I should explain exactly what Stitch Fix is... in case you don't know already!

Simply put, Stitch Fix is a personal styling service. They send 5 items of clothing and/or accessories, straight to your door, either monthly or as often as you choose.
