Upcycling an old t-shirt is super easy to do and it makes for a fun "new" work out/running shirt. Whether you grabbed a few fun tee's from the thrift store or want to overhaul your sleep shirt drawer, all you'll need to do is grab a pair of scissors and follow my photo tutorial to make a fancy new shirt in no time:

Another change I've made to my routine is incorporating EAS Complete Protein into my meal plan.
