Simple and Delicious Guacamole Recipe

My guacamole is seriously THE bomb dot com.

Plus, it's super easy to make.

Lauren's Top Shelf
Bomb-dot-com Guacamole

Ingredients:

1/2 Lime
Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion [amount up to you]
Tomato [amount up to you]
2 Avocado
1/4 jalapeno
[Side note: in the picture posted above I was out of jalapeno so I just used a yellow bell pepper in place.]

1. Begin with mixing equal parts garlic powder and salt [approximately 1/4 tbsp.]
in the mixing bowl, followed by squeezing lime juice into bowl.

2. Cut avocados in half and de-seed. Slice the inner part of the avocados diagonally in both directions so you have numerous "x's" through out all 4 halves.

3. Dice onion and tomato into small pieces.
Remove some of the seeds from the jalapenos [all of them if you don't like spicy!]
and dice it into tiny pieces as well.

4. Mix avocado, onion, tomato, and jalapeno in with the lime and spice mixture. Mash together with a fork (it's easier than a spoon)! Mix until it is the perfect texture. Taste test and squeeze left over lime juice over the top & add additional spices if needed.

I enjoy my guacamole with Blue Corn Tortilla or mixed in with brown rice,
feel free to combine with any recipe though.
